Massachusetts Technology Collaborative announces $5 million grant to establish a new Advanced Optics Manufacturing and Characterization Facility at UMass Amherst in partnership with Electro Magnetic Applications, Inc. The grant will enable UMass Amherst to build out the first open access full wafer scale NIL facilities accessible to members of industry and academia.
